Our construction management service is billed separately from the build itself. We do not pay subcontractor invoices or carry the financial risk of the project. We provide dedicated oversight, scheduling, cost tracking, and communication management on your behalf.

We do not manage subcontractor payments in a construction management engagement. Both services are available depending on the structure of your project.
