Once your architectural plans are approved we coordinate directly with the local building department to submit for and manage the permit process. We have experience working with permitting jurisdictions throughout Northern California including Shasta County, Butte County, Tehama County, Siskiyou County, and surrounding areas.

Large-scale residential remodels are considered on a project-by-project basis. For kitchen and bathroom remodels specifically, our sister company Chronic Disaster Restoration may be a better fit depending on the scope of your project.

Most custom home projects range from ten to eighteen months from permit approval through certificate of occupancy. ADUs and additions typically run shorter depending on scope. We provide a detailed project schedule at the start of every engagement.

As your general contractor we serve as prime contractor, managing all subcontractors, coordinating permits and inspections, and taking full responsibility for delivering your project. As a construction manager we provide oversight, scheduling, and cost tracking billed separately without taking on the prime contractor role. We offer both depending on what your project requires.
